I paid. Where’s my clip?

How long payments take, and what to do if a clip doesn’t unlock.

Once your payment lands, the clip appears in your Library by itself. You can close the payment page; we keep checking.

1. USDC usually takes about a minute. Bitcoin takes about 10 minutes, sometimes longer on Cash App’s free speed.
2. If only one of your two payments has arrived, the payment page and your Library say which one is missing. Send just that one. You never need to pay her twice.
3. Still waiting? On the payment page, open "Already sent it? Paste your payment link" and paste the link or ID from your wallet’s history. We check it straight away.
4. If that doesn’t do it, tap "Something wrong? Tell us" at the bottom of any page and include your payment link. We check every payment against the public record and unlock it by hand.

Your Library plays clips on any device you’re logged in on. Clips stream only, so there’s nothing to download or lose.

If something goes wrong

1. Paid in full but not unlocked within an hour: email support with your payment link and we unlock it by hand. We check every payment against the public record.
2. A clip you bought is removed for breaking the rules: you get its price back as site credit, good for any other clip sold here. It shows in your Library and at checkout.
3. Sent to the wrong address or network, or paid on a creator’s own store: BELCH+ can’t recover that. Crypto payments are final, which is why the pay page asks you to check the amount and address before you send.
