Privacy Policy

Fans

You do not need an account to browse, watch previews or save clips. Your saved lists and your age confirmation stay on your own device.

If you buy here, we keep your email, what you bought and the payment record, so your clips stay in your library. Crypto payments are recorded publicly on the blockchain, but that record shows wallet addresses, not your name or email.

If you arrive through a tagged link (for example a creator's share link), a cookie remembers that link's label for 30 days so we can see which links bring people here. It holds only the label, not who you are.

We count views of each clip and clicks to each store so creators can see how they are doing. Those counts are not tied to you.

Like every website, our host processes your IP address to deliver pages, stop abuse and apply regional rules. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Creators

We keep your email and a protected (hashed) version of your password, your public profile, your store links and the clips, covers and previews you upload.

Your email is never shown publicly. Fans only see your stage name and handle.

If you ask for an invite, we keep your email and the link you shared, only to send it.

One cookie keeps you logged in. Another remembers which tagged link you arrived from, as described above. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

If you verify your ID, your legal name, birth date and ID photos are used only to verify age and kept in private storage. Your payout address is shown to a fan only while they are paying you.

Who else sees data

Our hosting provider stores and serves the site. When you click through to a creator's store, that store receives your visit like any link.

We never sell personal information. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your choices

Creators can edit or delete anything in their studio. To delete your account entirely, or for any privacy question, email support@belchplus.online.
